My name is Timothy Handford, a British born internationally renowned sand sculpture and visual artist. Since 1997 I have made sand sculptures in numerous countries around the world for the most established sand sculpting companies and event organizers, as well as winning several international professional sand sculpting titles. In addition to sand sculpture I also work building large scale scenographic installations in cement and produce fine art sculptures in my studio in the province of Turin in North West Italy.

In my years of experience as a professional sand sculptor i have worked in all areas of sand sculpture events from shopping centres, workshops, international competitions, to large scale festivals, working with the most skilled full-time professionals from around the world at all levels of design, planning and realisation.
